Move with Adriana

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, and now a longtime California resident, I have carried two lifelong passions with me wherever I go: education and dance. My journey with movement began at the age of five with classical ballet and gradually expanded into jazz, tap, belly dancing, and eventually the vibrant joy and energy of Latin dance. Over the years, dance became much more than exercise to me. It became a way to connect, heal, express gratitude, and build community.

Today, I continue sharing that passion through cardio fitness and wellness classes at work and within my local community. At work, I participate in the annual Wellness Week to promote movement, wellness, and connection among colleagues and students, while in my community I teach fitness and water exercise classes for adults and children. None of this would be possible without the incredible support of my family.

My goal has always been simple: to create classes where everyone feels welcome, supported, energized, and free to move without judgment, regardless of age, background, or fitness level. I truly believe movement should bring joy, confidence, connection, and a little sparkle into people’s lives. Whether you are stepping into a class for the very first time or have loved dance and fitness for years, I would be honored to have you join us.
